Hi, I’m Angela Lifsey.

I am a certified Executive Coach, Retirement Transitions Coach, and Guided Autobiography Facilitator with over 20 years of experience. I’ve been a lifelong journal keeper, a habit sparked by Ms. Kellner, who made our class keep a diary, and further encouraged by Ms. Perman, my third-grade teacher, who awarded me a cherished Certificate for Creative Writing.

My professional journey spans impactful roles, including Director of Career Development and Talent Acquisition at Harvard University, where I created innovative programs like CareerPlus for Emerging Leaders and Reimagining Retirement. Before that, I held leadership positions at WGBH-TV (PBS) in Boston, where I promoted iconic shows like NOVA, Eyes on the Prize, and Degrassi Jr. High. Along the way, I crossed paths with legends like Julia Child, Ossie Davis, and Oprah.

These days, I blend my love of storytelling, coaching, and leadership development into virtual workshops and 1:1 coaching that help clients explore topics like leadership excellence, sharing life stories, and discovering their next chapter.
